Lapine — Terms of Use

Lapine is a wellbeing and cycle-journaling app. It is not a medical device, medical advice, a diagnostic service, or contraception.

Using Lapine

You are responsible for the dates and notes you enter and for decisions you make using them. Calendar forecasts are estimates and may be wrong, especially when a cycle is irregular or changes.

Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold by Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. The price, currency, trial eligibility, renewal date, refunds, and cancellation rules shown by the store govern your purchase.

Subscriptions purchased on this website

The web quiz is free. An app subscription can be purchased separately through Stripe. The billing amount, currency and recurring period shown at checkout apply to that purchase. The subscription renews until canceled. Manage or cancel a web subscription in the billing portal; deleting the app does not cancel it. Contact support for payment or refund questions.

After confirmed payment, the confirmation page and access email provide your activation code and installation instructions. The quiz summary and your in-app journal are separate; quiz answers are not imported automatically. Cycle-based forecasts require a supported tracking context and are estimates.

Health and safety

Do not rely on Lapine to avoid or achieve pregnancy. Seek professional care for medical concerns. For severe pain, fainting, difficulty breathing, very heavy bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm, seek urgent help.

Your data

Your health journal is stored locally. Optional partner sync sends only an explicitly selected encrypted status and optional mood. You are responsible for sharing invitation codes only with the intended person; anyone holding the full invitation may obtain its decryption key. You are also responsible for exports you create and for maintaining any backup you want to keep. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise that forecasts, notifications, or the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
